- Two Scouts, Nurin Amlani and Husayn Esmail, have achieved their Chief Scouts Award which were presented by Alberta's Lieutenant Governor, Rt. Hon. Lois Mitchell, and Canada's Chief Scout, Terry Grant, on November 18, 2016 at Edmonton's City Hall. CBC News interviewed Nurin after the ceremony.
